Shipping
We offer free delivery with DAO to your nearest parcel shop on all orders over 400 DKK. For orders under 400 DKK, shipping prices start from 39 DKK. If you place your order before 12:00 PM on weekdays, we ship your package the very same day. Please note that we do not ship packages during the weekend, and the normal delivery time is 1–4 business days.
Returns
You have a 14-day return right. However, please be aware that the right of withdrawal expires if the product has been opened or the seal is broken, as the item cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging is no longer intact.
When returning an item, you must include a note with your full name and order number and send the package to the following address:

The package must be sent directly to this address, as we do not collect return packages from parcel shops. If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions found under “Exchanges and Returns.” Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
